Yes, I am finally going to bed now. Haha. I have 5 more chapters to go. Shall watch it slowly then.

Was everything pre-arranged. Entry, process, downtime, upswing or even exit? It seems like everything seems to compliment each other by filling up gaps from both sides. And because of so, none can get out of this pre-arranged entanglement.
Ask me if it can be any different and I wouldnt be able to give you an answer. We might know what is better for us, for instance saving than shopping, sleeping earlier than staying up late, hanging on than giving up, or giving up than hanging on. But we love to dote on ourselves by following the heart.
And so, entrance, process, downtime and upswing. Can I ever cope with an prolong downturn, something like a depression, or even market exit.
Finding it difficult to cope when it ends. Tell me who can, after exchanges counting at 64 for today?
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
Tell me who can.
Anyway best friend and I are diligently watching a korean drama and I can tell you, there was none other thing than going gaga over a Prince. For the past 3 nights, I (we) had been staying up late jus to watch, of course with me trailing behind best friend (even when I catch it during lunch break). Er I think I cant make it till 1 or 2 am tonight! So I shall sleep early and hopefully wake up in the morning to continue. Our addiction continue such that we have been discussing every interesting clothing Prince is wearing. Not that we had never become hooked onto a new fashion. And we truly know all this are like the passing fad.
Well, I only allow myself to indulge in such passing fashion while I still remain firm that love is a total different principle.
You think I can wait up to watch it tomorrow morning? I bet best friend would have finish the drama by then! Argh.
Prince Seng.

Dont you think shopping might sometimes be a better choice of addiction as compared to watching tv? You cant shop at night, or at any time you want to (if you can resist applying for a credit card), and alot of things walk.
Your leg, and of course your wallet.
Haha.
But addiction in itself hasnt been a better choice in the first place.
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
But, is it filling another addiction?
Is it only with you around that I was being so myself.
And all of today is because the thick residue of memories. Possibly impossible to recall every street walked, every scenery seen or every music heard. Yet we can deny all these accumulated to what we have of today.
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
Is it only with you around that I was being so myself.

At different times of life, different things are symbolised to give hope. As for now, the bimbotic me could only turn to the latest poked dots, baby blue and pink, vests and what-not for some bubble-like happiness.
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
Are you, and me the only ones like this?

To, the person it was meant for
Maybe I wouldnt let you read this, maybe you never noticed, nor even took it to heart. Maybe it would come as a surprise. Or maybe it was only a closure of some sort that I wanted for myself. Because if it was only me who felt odd.
But if you realised things had been odd, I guess I jus didnt want you to misunderstand why it turned out to be so, and I wanted myself to face up to who I am. Partially also because the fact that I nearly lose my best-est friend recently that it hit me very hard that some friends are always going to be important to me regardless which stage of life I am in. So it made me wanted to mend things and to treasure what I had during those school days.
Something happened immediately after I handed in my thesis. So back then, I withdrew from people whom I feel close to. I am sorry that I am not prepared to share with you what had happened. As a matter of fact, only one person knew and witnessed my vulnerability.
But those days, when I would talk to you at nights while going home, had been school days memories. As much as most of the time you dont open up and its me talking, I still feel close to you. And definitely not because I was having cold war with my best friend that I seek your friendship. Though I am not sure if I was the only one who thought it was a friendship worthy of maintaining for a long time.
Last thing- I lose your contact number and so ya there was nothing much I thought I could do, plus the fact that I thought you might think it wasnt really a friendship worthy of your attention.
Dont know exactly what I want to achieve from writing this, but guess like what I said, I wanted to treasure what I want to treasure. I may appear to be nonchalant over everything but it is because I rarely show it to be otherwise.

We are a species of people such that we might look nonchalant over our performance but the fact is we worked hard for them, for the rewards and more importantly for the recognition, especially when we worried about it all the time (so much that it becomes an internalised immune-system issue) but we rarely displayed this side of us in front of others. There is a little sense of pride in us, yet equally there is this sense of inferiority in us, that we rarely talked about nor showed.
And again, I am one of them.
First day back in office. Wasnt that bad, especially with the guessing game we tried to deduce for the morning, and the lunchtime shopping. Haha. Considering that tomorrow is friday, I wasnt that depressed, jus that I hope for more work.

It would be a long time before I get a chance to work from home, if any again. Though I do miss the bustling office (read: shopping belts below my office), as well as the interaction with people, I will choose home anytime. During this short one and the half week of working from home (excluding two days of going back to the office), I love
- when I could drop by Buz ad and relive those school days
- when I could sleep in late (all I need to do is log into email and msn)
- when I could watch tv as I check emails
- when I could listen to music without ear plugs
- when I could drop by in Orchard to meet my friend for a 3hour lunch (almost)
- when I could go over to Clementi Interchange to meet my friend for lunch
Initially had planned to go back to Buz ad for lunch with best friend. But I supposed it didnt quite work out. I messaged to see if he remembered "our plan" though I knew he is away in some lab. He called later and arranged to meet in Clementi for lunch. Never had such leisure to walk around the place at this time of the week. Pop over at Mac for ice cream and talked about how we missed school days, how HK had been the place he wants to go all the time, why it is not possible to go BKK for holiday now, how I cooked dinner, how I want to learn how to make red ruby (he wanted a bowl), how happy is it to get cookies from japan, how nice is it to have food when meeting me, how crazy we will become when vivo opens, how crazy we will become when the korean shopping mall opens, how crazy we will become when the japanese shopping mall opens, how nice is it to visit korea and japan, how boring is it to be a housewife (or is it), how dumb I was back in year 1, how much I have changed... Friends... So nice to have good friends around.
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
Ok.
A plan is not a promise. Neither is discussion. Jus that I still take it as like a verbal agreement. Japan left. Bangkok came and go. Buz ad had to be shelved, then its HK next. Or will it be me then?
Anyway best friend said I should come along when the tailored shirt is done. I am so going to be tempted, am I? I am so spoilt to want tailored shirts!
Working from home gives me more time, especially sleeping in late in the mornings. Also, I could try my hands on some cooking. I hope I am determined enough to write them whatever I learn from my mother and grandmother, and of course determined enough to continue to learn from them. It took me quite a while to get the receipe for Mee Siam from grandmother because she has it all written in her. I doubt I can ever cook like her, or even my mother. From the way I write down the steps? Haha.
Something I wanted to share with you, Chocolate cookie from Japan... Not too sweet yet somehow equally addictive. If there is one thing I want to tell you today
Silence is always the way to route a promise, a plan. Not angry.

Went for a presentation today and I thought I learnt quite abit from it. At least I hope its helping me to ask more questions.
Happened to message a friend who is also going over to Orchard during lunch time, so I stopped over at the tailor's. So tempted to get tailored shirts, especially when I see all the flowery-printed designs. Ok now I am thinking of getting myself belated birthday present. *smucks*
Then again, if that didnt get me too happy, I must have not been happy.
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
Happy. Unhappy. Not happy, not unhappy.

Maybe sometimes doing it "right" doesnt help. Rather, doing it the "usual" way does, because its something I am so used to and I am happy it is so? At least I dont feel bottled up and compelled to do it other than what I would have chosen so.
Anyway its the second last day of working-from-home. Need to visit an external site tomorrow and Wednesday shall mark the last day of WFH. I dont supposed I will get this sort of lifestyle any sooner. Definitely glad that I am at home now, since it had been raining almost non-stop and I am feeling coldish hot. Argh. Took lunch time to shower and pack my super messy room.
Looked into the mirror and I wondered if I should be getting a hair trim soon. And if so, from where? Gotten a couple of vouchers of saloon but I bet its going to take me some time before I ever decide. Argh.
Now, I have a computer problem. I have an old computer in my room, while the new computer is in my sister's room. The new one is connected to a modem and has broadband connection. If I have a wireless router, how can I get that old computer to surf the net too?
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
Maybe I rather stick to normality.

What's bothering me recently, is really thinking over what I want to do with life. While as a student, everything is structured nicely for you. You dont have to think what you want to do, you jus have to do it. When you are done with school, you have to learn to plan your life. Which of course is welcomed by many, but a total headache for me.

The smile on her face is something I will remember for a long while.I knocked once on the door and the next instant, she opened the door. A face of shock for a few moment before turning immediately into a face of happiness, but still equally loss of words such that she struggled to ask "Why are you here".
Her smile made me happy for a while.
For a while before I ask myself if I ever will be happy. I think most people who know me knows how much a pemisstic person I can be, though I was abit better during my final year of study.
I felt like I am a married woman who keeps running back to my mother's home. Well this is because I am back in Buz Ad the second time in the past 3 weeks.
Thought that since I am working from home, I should take this opportunity to go back school. Also, it was jus a couple of days before when best friend said we could go back Buz ad for lunch as he missed the Western Food did I want to revisit the memories. We might do so next week(before I go back to the office) if I am not too stubborn. A part of me wanted to appear as if we never share that much memories though I know it is never a truth.
The previous time when I was back, I went around visiting the librarians since my Prof was away. Because of some unresolved matters, as much as I was happy to be back in school, I felt as though a part of me, and a part of the biz ad memories had died away.
This time round when I was back, there is no constant pain subconsciously though I was wondering if I ever could be happy while in the shuttle bus to Buz ad. My Prof has a lunch meeting so we could talk briefly only. But along the way, Prof K and Prof L stopped to talk to me and I suddenly felt like I really was somebody that was remembered by some people. But it is also because I am always around in school and always going to them to ask questions. Haha.
Jus yesterday were WL, SQ and me discussing about how much we missed school. WL realises that she isnt the only one who missed school whenSQ pretended that it is her off days and so she hadnt been in school, while I thought I was on attachment and would go back school when the next semester starts. But I know that even if I would to go back to school to further my studies, the place that I miss, things would never be the same again. I would not have that same friends with me to hang around in Buz Ad canteen for mango sago. Neither would I have those friends in the computer lab with me dreaming about finishing our thesis and going for our graduation trip. Maybe the concept of "missing" is so strong because we knew those days were never going to happen again. We never could re-live those days and so knowing that this particular chapter in our lives has since concluded made us miss it so much.
I supposed the concept of "missing school" will become vague such that we jus know we miss those days but it would become something that we are not able to go back to. I suppose I remained very close to the fact that I am a fresh graduate but if all I see everyday is the office, it wouldnt be a thought that could maintain for long.
But it wasnt Day 1 when I love school. I knew back in year 1, I told myself that I have to be happy jus simply because others might want to be in my shoes (ie to be in university) and so I should be happy. Of course things become so much better that I love school simply because I love doing what I did. Jus thankful it didnt turn out in any other way. Jus that I could conclude myself to be a piece of wood- takes so long to adapt (ie takes time to heat up) and takes as long to take up another identity (ie takes time to lose heat).
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
The more hurting bit probably isnt when I heard others asking if we are seeing each other. In fact it is more hurting when I think it is a pity. And, back at the usual seat in canteen.

After 3 days of working-from-home, I went back to the office and couldnt wait to step out of it the very next moment. Ok, at least I wanted to zoom out of office when the meeting ended. As much as I welcomed the human interaction, the comfortable home of mine, loaded with TV, radio, TV, bed, TV (opps I mentioned it the third time already), can never get any better.
It took quite some time before I began to realise that 'office' is T-H-E place to be in for working (I didnt say I have adjusted to it). I supposed it will take me more days (weeks or months) to re-adapt again. Argh.
There has never been any day that I feel safer. Yet, there has never been any day that I feel as if I am facing impending danger. Every one step I took in the highly-guarded Suntec area, I see flowers that I dont usually see along the roads. Every third step I took, there is at least one armed policeman. Flowers, policemen and traffic police are all over the empty roads. It jus made me feel like a visitor of the Botanic Garden/ Zoo.
What about policeman standing in the midst of bushes and flowers?
Anyway. How do you know you are old? It is when you start to miss school, and your primary school is undergoing some major revamp/construction. My primary school, that is.
And yes, I am back home. Going to turn on my TV and take a shower soon. *smucks*
Thanks SL and JE for the belated birthday greetings. Yes, yes I have to sleep now, since I am going back office for a meeting at 10:30am. Gosh.

It took me a few tries before remembering how I search for journals online. But it took me nothing to accept the comments for the work I did. I reckoned I gave up thinking of how this is going to go on, by watching loads of mindless TV and sleeping. There were times when I energetically find something else that I might like. When I tried but heard nothing from it. When I read about how much work others are putting in, and I remained at nowhere further from the starting point, I couldnt bear to do a trend analysis of my life. More exactly, of where my life is outstretching itself.
Day 3 of working from home sees me taking a much needed nap. Having a TV rattling all the time seems marvelous. But I felt feverish and seemed in need of coke.
Then again I better go take a bath now.
Why bother. If that had been your decision, why bother to bend your head and give in, despite holding your decision to the most upright manner.
Why even bother. To pretend you have disappeared into the thin air prior to 10th September, then come back a few days later and assume that the calender has skipped 10th of September.
The calender skipped a sunday.

The idea of digital camera might have revealed a slight chance in us. While we remained to the idea of retaining memories in the form of photos, we now wanted a more perfect way in doing so. Unlike in the past when we can only see the quality of the photos when developed, we now want to "correct" and "tailor" the memories to our liking on the spot. Nothing wrong with that, because in one way or another, the correction of memories itself is another form of memories.
Besides being a light sleeper, I dont go back to sleep easily after waking up. So the amount of sleep that I am getting had not increased while I am working from home. In fact, it would have decreased from all the staying-up-late. At 830AM, I logged into my MSN and lazed on the bed. Totally unable to get back to sleep, though technically I shouldnt be sleeping either. So I could only find comfort in hugging my laptop and cushion while sitting on my bed and downloading files to go through. Now, I would go get my breakfast while leaving my laptop in the living room (no wireless detectable in the kitchen).
Day two of working from home...
Monday, September 11, 2006
Napping with the laptop by the side of the bed requires some adjusting, since the screen laptop emits light. Watching TV while hugging the laptop sees the need for more cushion, with the laptop giving off heat worse than a rice cooker. And I dont need to use a ear plug to listen to my music for once. Lunch will be my favorite Wanton noodles from Clementi Interchange's Hawker Center. And yes, this is Day 1 of my working-from-home.
Fun since home is always the best place to hang around in. But I wonder if I secretly think I am a imprisoned cell mate. Still, I love staying around at home, reminding me of the times when I was enjoying holiday while waiting for term to start. When I do nothing all day long. YIPEE.

[v2]
Thanks SH, as well as the thought of SH, WL and SQ :)
Thanks AM, and congrats! And thanks to Zen, JA, LH, YS, WH, HF and yapp.
Image taken from Google Images.Today, like most Sundays, I woke up late, lazed around, watched TV and napped. I supposed this had been the way that my birthday had been celebrated for years. Except my 21st birthday celebration, the rest were spend reading magazines, studying, sleeping and watching tv. I supposed if I am happy for 364 days of the past year, and that of the coming year, it really didnt take my birthday to be happy. Neither am I into buying something for myself, or doing anything especially special on this very day. Perhaps more appreciative of what I have up till now, hoping that the good things can continue for a long, long time while the bad to stop.
Dont want to sound too depressing either, but guess all the eating and outing and gathering for the past week see that I indeed need a quiet day today.
Also, thanks to all the birthday greetings that I have received so far. Mainly from John, HS, SA, QH, SM, WL. *smucks*
Not forgetting that I am going to enjoy 1.5 weeks of working from home all because of my birthday (nah! its all because of IMF-WB meetings).
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
The birthday greeting that I no longer desire.

I woke up feeling feverish and tired, without much of the earlier on excitement in visiting the zoo. But Coke changes everything! *smucks*
JY and me...
All the different kind of bins around in the zoo

I like the red flamingo and the polar bear.... though being Mr Ah Meng is good. Because all Orang Utan does is eat, sleep and travel, even on exchange programs to other zoos. Almost the life of the tai tai, except that there is no shopping and spa.
Cute..I had been to the zoo once, when I was the kid. Having only fragile memories of the past, going to the zoo becomes a Revisit of Old Times memories. This time round, I could further appreciate the educational value of our zoo, one of the most successful zoos around. I could also further appreciate animals, knowing that the giraffe has a weak heart and every giraffe has a different print (uniquely like our fingerprints), the lion has a very heavy skull while the cheetah's skull is light to enable it to run fast, and elephants have very rough hairs (able to make into bracelet).
Edit to previous post
Firstly there is a tenth dish, braised goose.
10. Braised gooseWas told that goose has a similar taste as duck, but it has more fat and that is why I didnt try it while I was in HK. They sliced the goose into thin layers and the fat could easily be separated from the meat. Super tasty and it jus make want to try the goose bun at Crystal Jade Express.
Secondly, the place that serves me the teochew banquet is:
Guan Hin Block 34 Whampoa West #01-01 Telephone: 62893179
Note- There is another teochew resturant in Blk 34 but it has blue signboard. This one has brown signboard and you certainly need not order the banquet dishes.
Maybe because of the recent amount of eating opportunities, or maybe it is because of it being almost my birthday.. my recent posts had been food/sight-seeing-related. I supposed I treat all these as ongoing celebration of my birthday *smucks*
Also, I had such a packed week that I hardly reflect on my inner emotions. But I guess that happens quite often when you are on the happier side of life. Or at least when you dont have seriously unhappy matters bothering you.
I like the dress on the right. Jus not sure if I will be getting it.
I want the top in the middle. Jus that I really dont enjoy shopping in Z***. If anywhere needs to improve on otheir services, Z*** needs to fight with M**** for the top spot. Well but you do know they can all be 1st ya? Anyway the pink shoe on the right is super duper zuper nice. Very me but yes, thanks to the sale, they dont carry my size. Disappointed since I have been looking for this exact design/color kind of shoe.

Thats us, at Raffles City Shopping Center, outside Adicolor. Cool design ya?
Well, the topic of the night had been- future career prospects, desire husband criteria, desire future lifestyle, desire gender of child, desire upbringing of child, blogs that we read, and our next venue for gathering. WL is introducing us to Heng Hwa's food, while we were almost there in deciding to pop over for teochew food for the following gathering *smucks*
JE was commenting that we met up quite often. I knew WL and SQ from one of those management classes that we took while I knew SH only in my honors year. I vividly remembered that there was one occassion when all four of us stood inside the room in the computer lab discussing a potential graduation trip and our traveling style. I reckoned I sound totally dangerous to them since I told them I love getting myself lost, I love to explore around with a map (though I hightly doubt my map reading skills) and I jus love to buy all kinds of things while on a holiday (from the essential travel purchases of clothings to food and drinks and shampoo and what not). We also talked about the kind of dramas we watched. Think from then onwards, we thought we really could click and chat non-stop. Definitely observable from our daily exchanges of emails where we talked about our fantasy in becoming a tai tai, food, clothing, any discount going on, holidays, immigration hopes and arrange our gatherings over emails too. Though that kbox gathering still hadnt come through *smucks*
Sure hope we can remain so for a long, long time to come.
If there is one thing I want to tell you today
Maybe it is good, good but still remains as good? So much so that it might seem less of a good over a long time?

I supposed my stomach is as weak as my soul when I had to rush myself to the toilet for a round of diarrhea before I board the bus home. Ergh, I even feel like vomitting.
Ever since I have started working, I had been treated to endless round of good and rich food and buffet due to various reasons (such as training lunch, division lunch, department lunch, celebratory dinner, birthday lunch). Personally I am pretty contended with normal food and totally willing to trade these serials of eating for the life of an undergraduate anytime! I am totally contended with school serving of food. But ok thats pure day dreaming. This time round however I went for the dinner with slightly more anticipation mainly because it is teochew food that would allow me to understand more of my own dialect. I supposed I have always been eating teochew's food since young unknowingly. This is because the blend of the tradition and modern food has blur their distinction. Maybe all these while these traditions have internalised in me.
Now comes the review of teochew banquet at Huan Yin Restuarant. It consisted of 9 courses and lasted for almost 3 hours.
1. Buddha jumps over the wall
We have heard this delicacy so much in TV that it aroused our interests in it. Being served two bowls, it contained loads full of seafood, such as abalone (one per person), chicken, ham, sea cucumber, scallops and many other seafood that you jus couldnt name. The soup is super duper delicious. But because the whole pot of soup had so much ingredient in them that after the staff divided into individual portions for us, the soup would have cooled down slightly.
2. Suckling pig
Which of course see me skipping it since I have difficulties separating the little meat and the fat and oil and skin. But it was served with its tail pointing upwards. Amazing.
3. Cold dish (fried egg, salad prawns, Wu Xiang, some prawn-filled balls)
Totally nice. I love every bit of it.
4. Cold crab with roe, sauce being plum sauce (served at room rather than refigerator
temperature)
Roe is delicious. So is the crab. Was told that it is served in this manner so as to preserve its natural taste. Was said to be a tradition Teochew food, especially the sauce.
5. Abalone served with mushroom and vegetables
Who can resist abalone?
6. Sambal cray fish
I probably seen it on TV but had never tried it. Yummy! Sambal is totally bearable for the sensitive throat. Jus that the meat seems to stick to the shell quite a bit.
7. Steamed fish
Looks and tastes great. Did I say this is one of the most outstanding Teochew dish? At least to my knowledge since my dad loves fish. Did I say that I love fish too? Steamed, fried, anything! I could jus have a whole fish on my own!
8. Green noodles eaten with sugar (yes sugar)
Squeeze the spinach to get sauce. Cook the noodles in that sauce. Eat it with sugar. When eaten with sugar, the noodles already tasted uniquely nice. Add it with sugar and somehow its nicer. I dont know why but it jus taste right. We were discussing how this dish came about such that people serve it with sugar.
9. Yam paste with pumkin and Bai Guo
I used to dislike Bai Guo, like papaya and many others, but I love it now totally. Good for the skin and body. The yam paste is nicely done jus abit too sweet for me. They said the tradition yam paste dessert comes with pumpkin though personally I couldnt tell the difference with and without it.
After a round of division buffet lunch (that serves western, chinese and thai food), this teochew banquet, and a round of diarrhea, I reckoned my stomach needs much rest. Ergh, I still have a round of eating at Thai Express tomorrow! Opps.
The IFM-related photos...
Trying to get the flowers as the background...
All the 4-million-smiles banner
Most of the comments I heard from all the extra pots of flowers everywhere were more of "What a waste", "Why so many"... I supposed these potted of flowers wouldnt take up too much of the $10million spent on the Hall. Plus who would not find them nice and who would not want to appear nice to visitors. Though it is rather obvious that we dont have so many potted flowers normally despite being known as the Garden City. But then again it could jus be me because I do love flowers too.

Have a company dinner tonight. Long night ar? But the food sounds interesting- Teochew banquet. Despite of my dialect, I never quite know what teochew food is except porridge and all the ingredients for the porridge, include the teochew fish cake. So today's dinner would allow me to learn more about my roots and traditions. Something that I wanted to learn more of recently. From the customs to the food, to the culture and norms. Didnt want to belong to a "root-less generation" that has nothing to offer for the next generation.
Er I dont think I can take photos of the food tonight though. I supposed my boss, colleagues and lawyers would frown if so.
And I nearly got myself detained in the afternoon. Nah, I went over to Suntec Convention Hall especially to take photos of that flowery place. Knew that they probably wouldnt want people snapping photos for security reasons. But at least the security guard was nice enough to gently advise me. Shall post some photos later.

It was 745am when I stared in the mirror while putting on make-up. I supposed I stop thinking that it is yet another routine in life, since you dont really need much to engage in routine stuff.
The same clock face stared back at me at 745pm. Nothing on its face could reveal that it was yet another day.

Sometimes you cant differentiate between two different sets of emotions you have for one object. Such is sometimes referred to the love-hate relationship. Buffet is one object that I share such a relationship with. It overwhelms you, often sweeping you off your feet with the variety of food. But then you realise you dont have the capacity to stomach even a little bit of every dish.

Yipee!

Left: Hello Kitty Silhouette pendant
Taken from Google Images.
WH and I were talking yesterday and he mentioned something about Hello Kitty and soft toys. Then I got so tempted to look at the big mouthless but totally cute face of Miss Kitty so I went to google for it (something that I must have done a million times already). I remembered on my HK trip, something I wanted besides the crown pendant is the Hello Kitty Silhouette Necklace. I didnt get the crown pendant because the store owner slashed the price to a quarter of what she originally wanted to sell to me and I gotten so upset that I refused to get it, not even from other stores. As for the hello kitty pendant, I must be crazy to not get it back then though it is definitely because I am afraid I am left with nothing to spend if I continue to buy whatever I really like. As a matter of fact, I still want the hello kitty pendant and the metallic-ring necklace quite a bit now. Perhaps the motivation has faded away or maybe all I found in the stores were those made from metal-like-fragile-paper.
Sometimes when you like something alot but did not get it that instant, you wonder if the subsequent is less of love.
If there is one thing I want to tell you today

I supposed only the Japanese could package a box of chocolate to look like a book.I am not sure if it is the pre-work-week symptoms that I am feeling sick. But it had been me home alone for the whole day. As usual, give me my bed, the tv and a computer then I will be fine. No wonder my mother said I am so quiet when I was a toddler/ child that sometimes she wonders if I am fine. And while she said I dont watch cartoons (I dont think I know much beyond the Care Bear or the Nija Turtles), she couldnt quite remember what kept me occupied through my childhood too.
Yes I am still awake. Wonder what time can/ will I fall asleep, considering how much TV I am watching. I didnt quite grow up in the era of blooming of technology and media, but I bet I am watching quite a bit of TV now all because I am too lazy to engage in things other than jogging. What a boring person I must have been!
