It's been a mess, isn't it.

I have a whole long and random list of TO DO things that I have to slip them into bus rides, lunches, weekdays after work, and weekends, and then to realise by sunday evenings that some aren't done again.

Anyway, I am trying to find a hotel in the Belleville area in Paris by "walking" in google map. I took several turns and streets but still in vain.

This is a simple budget hotel that I stayed for 6 nights when in Paris. I choose one with a shared toilet even. I like the location and the price actually.

To know which turn to take? I recognise this bar, though I thought it was all white in my memory.

I actually will like to go back to Paris/France, despite those 6 days seemed to be rather boring to me back then that I didn't think I will want to be back soon/again. It's a weird feeling.

Things always happen because of either of them: by nature or self fulfilling prophecy.

Maybe with better foresight had we act in a particular manner, or things really subsequently evolved to how we want them to be- being self fulfilling somehow.

I had not despair over the developments- I think I recognise the fact that it will happen, jus now or later, and the bigger picture. Which is the fact that I am unable to even (re)connect with (a so-called) good friend(s). It was difficult now because the period whereby, for once, I needed encouragement and concern I found them in myself, in my family and nowhere else- if I ever search; because maybe I was only waiting for it (and of course it never came). And so in this process of recovery and thus growing up, I am a stronger person but at the same time I distanced myself away.

And then, it is never going to be alright again. Whether out of habits or this is the thumb of rule now, I can no longer connect to whoever. Maybe at times there is a miscalculation that perhaps it wasn't all that distant, but no of course it is jus a miscalculation.

A good friend? There will always be someone out there to play that role.

And never had I ever reconcile someone who interact largely with one but jus being a weather friend, VS someone who interact infrequently but is a good/best friend.

If it's worth it, it will be worth. Of what worth are we talking about/kidding.

Other than lip gloss and shower foam, the next favourite buys when overseas are these fragile hair bands that broken easily. I didn't want to throw them away- trying to come up with some art ideas to make use of them.

I am sort of obssessed with writing down the week's plan and tracking various timelines/milestones such as number of times I had oat cereal for breakfast, my menstration cycles, what to wear for each working day, major expenditures etc

Merci

It's spring and I am into the garden-ly mood.

Randomly

1. I am fretting over H&M Spring Garden Collection too much- even my laptop wallpaper is that of flowers.
2. Little corner stores are mistaken to be money-changer- I am rather obsessed I know.
3. I am trying to make sure the oat breakfast I am planning to eat at least 3 times/week is entirely cooked.
4. I cannot seem to find any new album to listen to but I enjoy my daily bus rides with the radio.
5. I am not having new art ideas.
6. I like the past week- sleep before 10pm, wake up before 6am.

Do you ever had dreams in which a pair of eyes stared back at you like there is a message for you

That's what I did for the first time as well- segway.

It has become such an easy habit to compose and send a message via the email than anything else already. Easier than typing an sms on the phone, easier than picking up a phone to dial.

Yet I still maintain a paper diary, love writing and mailling letters, making cards.

I am a complete mix bundle.

That's pretty much the first views of Resort Sentosa I got.

It was tiring, but fun!

I flipped at the idea of touring the ballroom but then upon entering one, it surprised me- that's the lightings on the ceiling.

My favourite Resort World icon is- the lighting leaf. I like how they design it to integrate into the whole resort feel.

And they scored well in terms of having other iconic stuff around, like the (balloons and) apple!

It looks quite like a dinosaur world, no?

Each day I try to allocate some time for (satisfying online) reading because I know that will make me happy. I've been trying to cut down the time spent on playing in the virtual worlds, reading entertainment updates and latest fashion spread for more holiday-related reading. But sometimes I suspect I don't really remember them anyway.

If it's spring and you don't like flower-prints-everything (imagine undergarment, shorts, jackets, skirts, dresses, everything), there is still the basic white tee with subtle silver stalk of flower at the bottom of the tee. And how about dosages of bikes, gardens, lakes, streets, flowers, swings, sky and sunshine.

Tell me why am I still here.

Worse, I dislike the songs in my ipod so much so that unless I run out of batteries, I stick to the radio station. Where are the new, nice albums.

So there is actually still the online Hennes & Mauritz magazine!

This was the Munich that I was reminded of inside 313@S, minus the plants and lights, and add some sofas.

At that point in time, it was wet and I was cold so I didn't enjoy the mall but was searching for some place to sit down, and a dinning place that's not crowded. In the end I only had panstry.

But now I actually was reminded of the little time I had back then.

Doing the slides is not as difficult as doing the colours, albeit the colour scheme is one of the last priorities. You don't want to put a rainbow on your slides unless there is a right reason for it (I did that before!) And then there is always the projector/brightness of the room/sunlight/whatever that you should take note so that people do see the words clearly.

The original scheme of (corporate colour + some colours to show the relationship between the information) orange + pinkish red + blue seems too bright; so I toned all the colours to shades darker and it looked like mud houses all over; then I replaced orange with black and it ended up looking like aliens; so I changed back to the original scheme, tweaked the tones and some slides had green and purple- it looked like rotten Chinese-New-Year now, but fine.

So how did mature people do their slides- black + grey + brown ?

In a rare weekend that I actually stepped into a mall, 313@S is a pretty delightful place to walk around, especially before the crowd gathered. Easy layout for navigation, benches aplenty for resting and most distinctively it doesn't quite look like a Singapore mall even if the mix of shops are pretty standard: huge glass panes box up the shops, multiple floors for some brands with lifts.

I shall order Weissbier the next time.

Pork Kuckles served with sauerkraut (finely shredded cabbage that tasted abit sour) and potato salad- it definitely tasted better than how it looked. Crispy layer of skin on the outside and tender meat on the inside. I actually miss German food, though the authetic bavarian taste was too salty to me.

Hold onto many colourful balloons; never let them fly too far from you that you cannot see but never hold them too tight that you cannot survive once they disappear; grab new balloons while some were gone; some balloons last longer and you might hold onto more strings than balloons in the end; still never relax your grip and let them all float away.

For, balloons are like hopes.

I was very hopeful a moment today but I remembered the times when balloons burst in my face to stop that.

For, you need enough balloons to keep tomorrow as alive and today as real.

I hope for a Europe holiday!

I think I was more upset because I was not convinced by the conviction rather than the lost. But of course the society thinks otherwise. Society is only concerned with only a win/lost.

I am not always optimistic or cheerful and when I am down, when I don't get any swim, I want to come home and talk to my mother.

Sometimes being overly optimitic means that you feel down when you realise that.
