the truth is often difficult to handle

I hide away from how I feel, from myself and from the view of others, so that things can be simple.

And the truth is often difficult to handle - but it doesn't make any difference to facing it now or later.

But mostly, the truth comes much later, though one can always try "feeling the truth".
