Trying to combine a business trip with a personal holiday is almost mission-impossible. To get the timing right, to get the leave right, to get your companion right, to get your companion's leave right, to get the whole thing fits into properly on top of a million other trival items on the Please-solve List. But I supposed its the theory that there-is-no-free-lunch-in-the-world, and you-got-to-work-for-what-you-want. So it jus boils down to how much you want it.
